Product Development Officer (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
General
- To assist product development manager in developing new products and improving the existing, which cover planning, execution, and evaluation
- To maintain coordination with stakeholders: compliance, risk, operations, IT & helpdesk, marcomm, sales, and respective vendors, in accomplishing the tasks
Specific
- To provide analysis and documents: SOP & manuals, business requirement, sales guideline, pricing and packages, financial projection and performance monitoring
- To monitor product position, market & industrial movement, and rivalries
- To maintain product operations/schedules and issues
Requirements:
- Male or Female, with age max. 27 years old
- Hold a bachelor degree in Engineering or Economy from reputable university
- Have minimum 1 year of relevant job experience in banking or insurance product
- Familiar with SOP / Policies and Procedures
- Familiar with bancassurance is an advantage
- Certified in insurance association (AAJI/AAUI) is an advantage
- Strong communication skill
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- High attention to details
