Service Supervisor - Jakarta Jakarta Raya
Assist the branch manager in managing the sub-branch activities
Lead and direct the daily activities for Frontliners and oversee
Frontliners to ensure smooth running of the daily work and the
application of the most recent processes and procedures
Ensure adequate attitude and appearance of self and Frontliners
Provide cross-sell leads to Frontliner team
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
Maintain frontliners area files, database, records, registers and logs under control
Enhance the Bank’s image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs to exceed customer expectations
Monitor service quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
Liaise with Service Quality to follow-up on escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
Ensure smooth operations, and timely and friendly service delivery
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
Required skill(s): computer literate, leadership skill, english communication, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
