We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of:
Team Leader Acquisition
Retail Banking Wealth Management

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will responsible
to manage HSBC Premier sales team to acquire new HSBC Premier
customers, and sell Wealth Management products in order to contribute to
the growing consumer banking business. You will represent HSBC in
dealing with HSBC Premier segment customers, manage HSBC Premier
hunters, and ensure the productivity level of your team. You will report
directly to Branch Manager.
Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree.

Has a minimum
3-5 years of working experience in managing sales team, preferably in
Wealth Management business at banking sector or financial institution.

Has general banking and Wealth Management knowledge.

Have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong passion in selling activities.

Has strong leadership style, customer service oriented, has commercial acumen, has good interpersonal skill.

Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
