Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global management consulting company that is seeking an oil and gas management professional with experience in the upstream, downstream or midstream streams, or a combination of these sectors, to join its Resources Operating team as Oil and Gas Consultant, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for developing integration strategies, translating process applications and defining solution architecture. This is a demanding job ideally suited to an oil and gas industry professional who is able to demonstrate successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver architecture solution from an oil and gas perspective
- Deliver innovative approaches for business outcomes
- Shaping large-scale application design

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Geophysics
- Minimum of 6 years in management consulting

- Proficient in English
- Ability to deliver solutions clearly and precisely
