Scope of work:
Conducting Legal Contract Drafting & Legal Research
Reviewing Loan Agreement
Establishment of Subsidiaries
Liaison with Governmental Authorities
Advising regarding legal issues to the applicable laws
Maintenance valid licenses of subsidiaries
Record Legal Documentations
Accounting & Tax Officer
Male / Female, age max. 30 years
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

Trustworthy, detail oriented, and good analytical skills
Tax Brevet A & B Certifications
Scope of work:
Prepare monthly financial report
Manage processing, reconciling, and reviewing account receivable and account payable
Manage budget and monitoring process
Prepare complete tax report
Prepare Tax Analysis to utilize the possibilities of monthly/ annual tax returns, tax remittance, etc.
Liase and correspondence with the Tax Office and Authorities to manage relationship and tax issues.
Ensures tax liabilities are determined and paid as schedule

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent

Hard worker, highly motivated, able to work in complex problem / project where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Familiar with structure software such as AutoCAD, SAP 2000, etc
Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party subcontractor or supplier
Project Marketing
