ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma Degree(or equivalent); two (2)
years experience as an administrative assistant or secretary or
receptionist; English proficiency in reading and speaking (writing
desirable); and proficiency with the MS Office suite of software.
Duties: Provides clerical and secretarial services in support of
specific projects conducted by the company by managing
correspondence by fax, email, and letter; prepares correspondence
and media presentations (e.g., PowerPoint software); maintains files
containing correspondence and other key documents relevant to the
project; places and tracks supply and equipment orders in support of
administrative functions of the project; maintains an appointment
and travel schedule for key project personnel; tracks reporting
requirements to project sponsors and monitors; and coordinates
meetings of project personnel with the company and outside agencies.
