Senior Business Risk Consultant

Responsibilities:
- The individual will work under the direction of a Manager/Senior Manager and will perform moderately complex, high risk or high profile individual projects in line with the client's requirement and methodology previously developed or developed for that specific assignment.
- Maintaning and updating the governance framework and provide key information to managers, board members and committees.
- Coordinating governance committee and board member meetings and maintaining a record of operational procedures manual, and analyzing monthly reports.
- Give advisory services around corporate governance strategies, frameworks and leading practice.
- Researching best practice, brenchmarking companies practices to regulation or leading practice.
- Overall, documenting all work performed, action taken, conclusions reached to the required standard.
Requirements:
- We are looking for either people with a technical background or auditing background enwith 3 - 5 years work experience in the environmental or road business field.
- Specific knowledge in Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
- Technical background could include accounting and business administration.
- Auditing background could include internal or external auditing, or specilized verificiation or certification experience.
- The individual should ideally have a degree in the specific areas of focus and be willing to broaden their knowledge to the entire concept of sustainable development, climate change, and/or corporate governance.
Skills:
- The successful candidate should have good project management skills; the ability to communicate on all levels in professional environment and commited to self-development.
- A sound track record of service delivery, working knowledge in Excel and Word.
