Responsibilities:
• Organizing, preparing, and implementing recruitment programs.
• Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet, Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database.
• Handling and developing the whole range of recruitment activities to search and find the most potential candidates to fill any position.
• Lead/guide/coach through all staffing activities to meet manpower requirements and to bring new hires on board on time.
• Preparing job descriptions and person specifications, writing job Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet, Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database.
• Screen resumes received and shortlist candidates that match the job descriptions and or person specifications for preliminary interviews and selection tests.
• Running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment records and databases, Prepare periodic recruitment status report to Management and Prepare Work Agreement for new employment.
• Monitoring performance on probation period, Prepare KPI Report.
• Prepare periodic recruitment status report to Management.
Recruitment Officer
General Qualifications:
• Male / female max 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min 3:00
• Have good command in English both written and spoken
• Having experience in recruitment field (less than 1 year)
• Familiar with Psychological Test, such as Administration and Scoring and making psychological report.
• Familiar with assessment tools such as MMPI, PAPI, DISC, MBTI, etc
• Familiar with interview method and technique
• Familiar with KPI and Performance Report
• Possess good interviewing, writing and communication skills.
• Able to work hard under pressure
• Have communication skill, Smart, honest, hard worker and dependable
• Proactive, analytical, and able to do multi tasking and to meet tight deadlines
• Honesty and integrity, Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Aggressive with strong passion to learn
• Willingness to explore new challenge highly self-motivated.
