HR Adm - Surabaya
1. Male max 35 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resources Management.
3. Expert in Ms Office (Excel – Application, PowerPoint, word).
4. 1-2 years Experience as HR.
5. Must have experience & good knowledge of handling Jamsostek, Payroll, Industrial Relationship, Manpower Regulation (UU 13 - implementation), Familiar with Indonesian labor and union laws, government relationship, recruitment, contract, manpower control.
6. Accustomed to working with deadlines, work with team and having high motivation, discipline, and dynamic with good personality & ready to work under pressure.
7. Willing to contract project 6 month.
8. Only for candidate from Surabaya residence.
Project Controller
1. Min. S1 Civil Engineering Department.
2. Having experience min. 3 years in Project Control for construction Oil & Gas.
3. Must Fluency in English oral and written.
4. Understand of MS Office, Mastering CAD programs/ CAN.
5. Understanding & skill in technical standards and quality management system.
6. Master the principles of good project management.
7. Able to make financial status & project progress report.
8. Able to control the execution of construction (drilling, Flowline, pipeline) projects.
9. Understand of construction (drilling, Flowline, pipeline) business processes and extensive knowledge about the product / service construction.
10. Only for candidate from Surabaya residence.
1. Male, Max 35 years old.
2. Min STM / SMA / Preferable from D3 Safety.
3. At least 2 years of working experience in Mining Area.
4. Must have Skill certificate from Safety Training Institution.
5. Fully understand of All safety equipments, safety appliances, Task Risk Assessment.
6. Willing to be located at all site area (Dondang, Kukar - Kaltim).
7. Only for applicants who are in east Kalimantan /Samarinda/ Balikpapan area.
