Qualifications :
1. Male, aged 24 – 30
2. Minimum D-3, SeaTransportation is an advantage with GPA 2.75
3. Have experience atCrewing in shipping company or shipping agency
4. Good knowledge, capableand available to do office jobs and out of office duty.
5. Have network to findcrew candidates, especially for TB & FLF
Main Job :
1. Recruitment and scheduling of crew.
2. Ensuring that the crew is qualified by meeting mandatory andthe Company's requirements with regards, to certification and experience.
3. All administrative matters involved in the management and movementof sea-staff including arrangements of flights, accommodation and visa.
