COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE MANAGER / MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The Community Development Associate Manager / Manager is accountable for assisting the CSR Head to create and develop company’s policy in developing community based on corporate social responsibility, and also implement & execute the programs.
He/She should ensure all community development plans and programs are implemented properly and on time and provide support to external clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in social science preferably from social politic, psychology, law, communication or community development
- Minimum 5 years experience in community development matters, exposure in food related Non-Government-
Organization will be an advantage. - Good knowledge of community development policies, system and government regulation, and has creativity in creating program.
- High proficiency of computer (MS Office) and related equipment.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Good analytical thinking, planning, monitoring and problem solving skills
