COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE MANAGER / MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The Community Development Associate Manager / Manager is accountable for assisting the CSR Head to create and develop company’s policy in developing community based on corporate social responsibility, and also implement & execute the programs.

He/She should ensure all community development plans and programs are implemented properly and on time and provide support to external clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in social science preferably from social politic, psychology, law, communication or community development
• Minimum 5 years experience in community development matters, exposure in food related Non-Government-Organization will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of community development policies, system and government regulation, and has creativity in creating program.
• High proficiency of computer (MS Office) and related equipment.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Good analytical thinking, planning, monitoring and problem solving skills
