Summary of Main Responsibilities
§ Develop incentives scheme for employees especially regular salesperson
§ Develop plan to motivate salesperson to achieve their target
§ Plan and monitor periodically sales program and event
§ Monitor and Report periodically incentive program
§ Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales development program such as training, motivational, sales camp and other programs related to enrichment of salesperson’s knowledge and skills
§ Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales events such as sales meeting, sales congress and other sales events/activities
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Minimal Bachelor of Communication/ Economics or Bachelor of Computing
MAIN REQUIREMENT
§ Good in analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills
§ Good in developing conceptual ideas and applying it into certain presentable medias
§ Creative and able to come with new inspiring ideas
§ Knowledge in programming of SQL Database Server 2000
OTHER REQUIREMENT
§ Trustworthy type of person and able to work independently and excellent to work in team
§ Exact and accurate person, fast learner and able to work overtime and under pressure
