- Pendidikan S-1 semua jurusan, usia max 33 tahun

- Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Sales Supervisor di perusahaan farmasi / consumer goods lebih diutamakan

- Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan, kepemimpinan dan menjalin relasi secara aktif

- Memiliki semangat yang tinggi dalam menjalankan segala tugas dan berani menghadapi semua masalah yang ada di wilayahnya

- Mampu berkomunikasi dan melakukan negosiasi dengan baik

Responsibility
Responding to any enquiries from the customers such as providing rate quotations and shipment plan
Sourcing / Liaise with any airlines / shipping lines / vendors to obtain competitive buying rates and maintain relationship with them
Monitoring flow of cargo and documents to ensure that the service provided meet the customers requirements and in compliance with their QHSE policy
Coordinate with other related departments internally to ensure smooth operation flow
Qualification
Bachelor Degree, (any major)
Experience in Operations at Freight Forwarding industry for minimum 2 years and / or minimum 1 year in Oil & Energy sector
Able to communicate in English and computer literate
Hard worker, independently, and able to work under pressure
Able to join immediately

Requirements :
Education : Tertiary education (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in Computer Science or Electro- Telecommunication.
Experience : 2 - 4 years in UNIX and/or networking; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Possesses excellent oral and written communications skills, strong organizational skills and strong stress management skills.
Able to manage escalation situations and customer experience
Experience in handling Storage Database would be a plus
Responsibilities :
Provides on-site and phone support to customers.
Participates in installation process using EIS methodology.
Define action plans to fix customer problem.
Determine when to escalate problems to next level of technical team.
Assists in field service if needed.
Provides support to partners on service calls and be responsible for monitoring partner engineers.
Delivers technical transfer of information (TOI) to the field delivery support team and partners.
Contributes to the quality goals.
