Project Management Office Head

Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO stream in Core Banking replacement project;
• Support the Project Manager in Core Banking replacement project in running the project, and provide necessary inputs about critical aspects that may affect overall project activities;
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan;
• Administer Project Management processes including project structure, change request handling, risk & issue management, status reporting, contract, resource management and project budget;
• Provide status report and escalate issues encountered to the Program Management and Client Senior Executives;
• Monitor overall project financials;
• Align the Project Management methodology of this project with the standard Commonwealth Bank’s Project Management methodology;
• Maintain relationship with business leadership team

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable with major in technology or business background. MBA or Finance/Banking second degree is a plus;
• Must have at least 5 years experience as a PMO Head;
• Having Project budgeting skills;
• Proven project management skills; ability to organize complex projects;
• Proven communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff to all levels of management;
• Proven team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff;
• Having Project Management Institute certification (PMP) a must;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
