Responsibilities:
The
role holder will be responsible for the accurate facilities agreement
preparation, security agreement arrangement, documents monitoring and
custodian and timely servicing of corporate facilities and oversight
management of Bank credit policy and procedures and system relating to
recognition, quantification, monitoring of credit risk exposures.
Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Legal discipline is required.
Sound knowledge of lending practices/systems, credit policy, risk management, procedures, Group accounting/control procedures.
Demonstrate legal knowledge and the ability to interpret all clauses in Bank’s standard agreement.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
