Scope of work, duties & responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop existing international business market.
2. Develop and maintain existing partner relationship
3. Identify new markets for potential development opportunities.
4. Generate new business in international markets
5. Developing & Monitoring the execution of sales and marketing plan
Reports to: International Business Div. Head
Number of Subordinates: Direct (2) & Indirect (more than 8 from all countries)
Location: Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Utara

Job Requirements
1. Years of experience: min 3 years experience as Business Development Supervisor
2. Suitable industry: Pharmacy , Consumer Goods
3. Education: Bachelor Degree from Pharmacy/Management
4. Languages: English (oral & written), Chinese will be an advantage
5. Excellent in analytical, presentation skill, communication skill and interpersonal skill & could work as team.
6. Knowledge in export procedure will be an advantage
