Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and control all RO/RM/Agent activities, and involve in recruiting, training, motivating and appraising his/her team member.
- Control and authorized all transactions according to company rules, regulation and SOP.
- Build strong relationship with clients through phone calls, email and field visit in order to inform market updates, products, and probes needs and problems.
- Anticipate and solve all problems arised in selling activities, including complaint handling.
Requirements:
- Min. diploma degree
- Min. 3 years experience as Relationship Manager in reputable Financial Institution
- WMI/Waperd license holder
- Attractive and have a good networking
- Ability to manage people
- Good attitude and integrity
